Extreminator public release 1.0


Extreminator was my first attempt at a shmup, and completed in Godot from conception to 1.0 release in just about three weeks. I wanted to do something very basic, and the "space bug" theme came relatively late in the process; something about the wiggly way the enemies moved in formation just suggested it to one of my playtesters during the "everything is a box" phase and I just decided to go with it.

All of the pixel art was done over a 24-hour period. The audio assets were CC0 assets collected from across the web.
