Demon Descent is a simple action game in which the player, a demon, has been expelled from Heaven and is vying to reach Hell before all of the other Fallen so you will be crowned Satan. It's a reskinned remake of Taito's late 70s Speed Race series of arcade games, and simulates the abyss with scrolling pit walls.

This was, basically, a warm up exercise for me, getting used to the godot engine, and a fun use of a few days of lockdown. I consider the game feature complete at this point and don't anticipate any updates other than bugfixes as necessary.
